ドラゴンボール, Doragon Bōru
When I was a kid lunch was fast,on TV my parents watched the news, but Dragonball was airing and I had to run and move to the other television in order to watch that fantastic piece of art. The landscapes were amazing,heroes won, always,and I had hope. No matter what,they struggled, overcame their limits and won.
I didn't understand how deep the message was,I didn't understand the fact that there was someone always fighting for peace. I just loved the fights, the stories, the funny moments, but peace, the constant research for peace, that was the real theme behind all that.
Now I'm an adult. Or at least I think I am.
I see things differently,I don't care too much about fights anymore.
I look for beauty,I look for that peace that I saw in that old anime,and those images,those places I traveled to in my head when I was a kid are still impressed in my mind. With different eyes though.
